The iconic Camden Roundhouse was the setting for the Wella Professionals UK and Ireland Trend Vision Award, a celebration of talent, creativity and technical skill. Hosted by the exuberant Patrick Cameron and model and radio presenter, Lauren Laverne, the audience were treated to incredible shows by the Toni&Guy Art Team, Sassoon Academy and Sebastian Professional working with the Cult Team. A minutes clapping to celebrate the life of Wella’s Jim Ward who very recently lost a very brave, but short battle with cancer was led by Coty Professional Beauty’s General Manager, Andrew Kelsall and Sales Director, Mark Brill. It was then the turn of the competitors from all corners of the UK and Ireland to take to the runway with their winning regional models, reflecting the latest in commercial and creative colour and cutting techniques, sporting a rainbow of colours and styles that demonstrated the technical excellence and creativity of the competitors. Trend Vision Following a gorgeous three-course meal, the award presentations were made with Andrew joined on stage by Wella’s Director of Education and Events, Sheila Jackson and judges from the day who included Cos Sakkas, Darren Ambrose, Bruce Masefield, Edward Darley and Charlie Taylor and Kieron Fowles.
