Wella professionals trendvision award uk 2015 finalists announced!

The Wella Professionals TrendVision Award UK 2015 finalists have been announced, following regional heats across England and Scotland. They will now go on to compete at the UK and Ireland Final in October 2015, in one of the hairdressing industry’s most prestigious competitions. From more than 800 entries, 180 entrants were selected to present at the regional heats. Now 36 finalists will go on to fight to win the chance to represent the UK at the TrendVision Award International Final in 2015. Entrants were required to submit a photographic entry in either the Young Talent or the new Color Vision category. Once chosen at the photographic heat they then competed in a four-date tour which took in Edinburgh, Manchester, Nottingham and London. The tour will arrive in Ireland on 24th August 2015. The competitors were judged by some of the most highly-regarded experts in the industry including Daniel Couch from Russell Eaton, Sue Comery, Zullo & Holland, Linda Stewart, Rainbow Room International, Philip Bell, Ishoka, Nicky Clarke from Nicky Clarke Salons and Keiron Fowles from Regis. As well as providing a chance for salon teams to go along and cheer on the finalists, the UK and Ireland regional heats are also an ideal opportunity to be inspired with the latest trends from some of hairdressing's biggest names. The Sassoon Academy showcased their Spring/Summer 2015 collection, The Group while Wella Professionals Autumn/Winter trends were presented by the artistic team from D&J Ambrose and the EIMI Style Collection was presented by the new EIMI Style Team.
