Wella professionals colour club hosts hush club Wella Professionals Colour Club Hosts HUSH Club Members of the Wella Professionals Colour Club recently came together to provide an evening of inspiration as part of the HUSH Club; Wella's programme of up-close-and-personal seminars. The evening was hosted by HJ's editor, Ruth Hunsley, who grilled the team about what it takes to be a top colourist, where they find their inspiration and the techniques that are inspiring them today. Jayson Gray from TONI&GUY kicked off proceedings with a look coined The Korbin, created with Kolseton Perfect and Instamatic. This was followed by Danny Dowie from Cheynes Hairdressing who presented a moodboard full of raw and natural elements – feathers, volcanoes and trees - which inspired his look. Abby Smith from D&J Ambrose then introduced her beautiful Boheme look - a free-thinking image reflecting a creative artist with eccentric quirks. Dan Spiller at Marc Antoni's look was inspired by strong shapes and colour, created with Magma. Next up was Robert Eaton's model, inspired by bespoke colour and the texture and the look of denim fabric using Instamatic. Last on stage was Claire Chell from the Francesco Group, who presented her 'tonal erosion' look created using Koleston Perfect and Blondor. Joining the Colour Club on stage during the evening was Kirsty Jones from Flint Hair in Norwich. who won the chance to assist the Colour Club for the event. Spending the afternoon with some of the industry’s most renowned colourists was an inspiring experience, allowing Kirsty to quiz the team and gain new ideas to take back into salon. BHAwidgetEnter_v2
