Hairdresser Daniel Neaves, who has recovered entirely from a recent stroke, is hosting a charity hair show to raise money for the hospital who helped in his recovery.

Daniel, who is 40, suffered a strokewhich left him partially blind and severely disabled - but just 18 months later, he has made full recovery.

All too aware of the lack of funding and facilities in the health service, Daniel is now dedicated to raising funds for improved facilities at the Clyst Ward at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.

Now Daniel - who is a three-time nominee in HJ's British Hairdressing Awards - will be channeling his creative energy into a charity hair show, accompanied by his team at DKN Hairdressing.

The INSIGHT show will feature trends and techniques, from avant-garde looks and editorial styles to men's looks and more.

Preparation is well underway, with Daniel and his team having spent a day at the TIGI Academy in London learning some extra tricks.

The INSIGHT show will take place on 12 November at the Thistle Hotel, Exeter. For more information, call 01395 443434 or email [email protected]
