London Collections: Men Spring/Summer 2016 was the ultimate showcase of the latest trends in men’s fashion; it’s also a great indicator of some of the hair trends we can expect to see filtering through to the salon. Prominent hair trends this season included:

Never really out of fashion, the quiff proved its catwalk credentials this season, both in a more classic guise, as seen at E.Tautz; and with a more 80s-infused  texture, as seen complementing the Katie Eary collection (pictured). London Collections: Men Spring/Summer 2016 Trends - Natural Texture An increasing number of shows featured hair with natural texture, with product worked into the hair with fingers for an unfussy finish. Often hair featured a matte finish, as seen at Belstaff and Joshua Kane (pictured). London Collections: Men Spring/Summer 2016 Trends - High-Shine Finish The wet look of previous seasons had been toned down for spring/summer 2016 to a high shine or glistening finish, sometimes used to replicate a sheen of perspiration, as seen at Sibling or for a natural healthy shine as seen at Richard James.
