Colour-Campaign-logo.pngOver the next three months we'll be sharing lots of tips and techniques from some of the country's most-respected hair colourists for improving your hair colour business.

How to dip hair colour to create a fusion of tones on the ends of longer hairstyles.

  • Rob-Eaton-Metallic.jpgHalf inch thick sections of hair were divided into quarters, starting from the underneath.

  • Each section was backcombed to create a seamless blend of colour.

  • A dark glazed brown was applied through the roots and mid lengths and an intense cherry red through the ends and left to process.

  • Hair was blow-dried smooth.

  • Long layers were dry-cut for a combination of soft textures, which also fuses the colours.

  • Hair was blow-dried smooth and shine spray blasted through the hair to define the colour.
