Hair clones at milan fashion week

blumarine.jpgLooking at the shows at Milan Fashion Week, it's great to see the stunning colours, beautiful fabrics and womanly shapes. Every show has been unique but I am quite disturbed by the hair. At the start of the millennium every woman looked the same, with long, poker straight hair and hairstyling lacked any character or imagination. Looking at the runways in Milan, it seems autumn/winter 2010 could be heading the same way. Dolce & Gabbana, Blumarine, Moschino and Just Cavalli all sent girls sashaying down the catwalk with similar styles - long one-length layers, with a centre parting and a natural look. It lacks individualism, imgaination or inspiration - do we really want to see woman all looking the same?
