Fringes make a full-on fashion statement and whether worn full, side-swept or centre-parted, there's a shape to suit every celebrity style.

Both Alexandra Burke and Frankie Sandford opted for side-swept styles, with varying degrees of depth.

While Alexandra's flirty fringe skims across the forehead, Frankie's heavy style offers a more dramatic look.

The softly centre-parted style is a flirty favourite, providing a slightly 1960s, youthful feel especially when paired with lash-tickling lengths.

Jameela Jamil and Rachel Stevens both opted for this peekaboo look, with glossy shine and smooth styling giving the look a red carpet finish.

Heavy fringes remain a favourite, with Dr Who star Karen Gillan and pop princess Keri Hilson both opting for full styles.

Karen's fringe is a new addition, and paired with her textured lengths and vibrant colour has a slightly Florence Welch feel.

Trialling a more textured look, Keri's feathery style complements her layered cut, although I'm not sure about that long section on the left!
