Ghd 2015 education programme launches for super stylists

The ghd 2015 education programme has launched, including a new degree-style course, The Styling Graduate, to cover all aspects of blow-drying and finishing hair. Spearheaded by ghd UK brand ambassador Zoe Irwin, The Styling Graduate offers a QCF-recognised accreditation on completion. "Since we've opened our studio space in Soho, it’s become a hot-spot for dynamic hairdressing education," says Jo Robertson, ghd head of UK & ROI education. "We are especially proud of our new Styling Graduate programme, which is certified by VTCT and a first for hair styling in the UK. Very exciting news for ghd but, more importantly, for the huge number of hairdressers that have been asking for a styling accreditation to add to those available for cutting and colouring." Also new for 2015 are Express Styling, The Complete Consultation, A Productive Assistant, Vintage Revival and Captivating Your Audience. The calendar of regional 2015 education combines a healthy mix of styling and trend-led courses with personal development and business mastery, with expert tuition from ghd educators, brand ambassadors and guest artists including Ken Picton, Skyler McDonald, Junior Green, Richard Phillipart, Yesmin O’Brien, Steve Robinson and the ghd art team.
