The Jean-Paul Gaultier couture show featured models with large, twisted hair pieces - but star of the show, Dita von Teese, got away with a sculpted headscarf which cleverly replicated the style instead. The burlesque beauty took to the stage for a strip routine, balancing the dramatic headband as she performed. With that on her head and a skintight corset, it can't be said that Dita doesn't suffer for her art!
