Colour trophy 2009 winners announced
Belfast salon Rogue Hair was named the winner of this year's L'Oréal Professionnel Colour Trophy after a night of drama, entertainment and excitement at Earls Court 2.
The Grand Final, hosted by former Blue Peter host and Strictly Come Dancing star, Gethin Jones, also saw the inaugural Mizani Catwalk Look Award - the first live afro hair competition of its kind.
Other highlights of the evening included West Row Hairdressing in Harrogate winning the Men's Image Award for their twist on the classic short back and sides; while the Young Colourist Award, in association with HJ, unveiled a bright new talent, 17-year-old Chloe Oakes from Jakata Salon in Warrington.

Colour Trophy
Announcing the winners, Charles Worthington said: "In the judging room we all agreed the quality was outstanding and big congratulations to everyone. The standard really was outstanding. We saw amazing heads of hair."
