B-factor awards celebrate barrie stephen hair team talent

The entire Barrie Stephen Hair team recently came together for the B-Factor Awards, an annual event which celebrates the very best of the Leicester salon group's talent. Hosted at the Bankers club in Leicester by local radio presenter, Jonathan Lampon, the event not only saw awards handed out in ten categories but also provided the chance for owner Barrie to look back a successful 2013. "This is one of my favourite nights of the year," he said. "It’s a great chance to get us all together and celebrate the past year and then to set our goals and to look forward to the months ahead. We’ve had a winning year: Most Wanted Best Local Salon, Neil Smith as Women’s Stylist of the Year at the English Hair & Beauty Awards, Annie Morelli winning her place on the Schwarzkopf Young Artistic Team, overall winners at the Schwarzkopf creative competition … I wanted to go back to inspire the team with the amazing list of achievements from 2013." And the winners were... Stylist of the Year - Sam Oxford (Anstey salon) Future Professional of the Year - Emily Sindell Homecare Advisor of the Year - Hannah Wakefield (Narborough salon) Colourist of the Year - Grace Forster (Ashby salon) Newcomer of the Year - Dennis Bodle (Ashby salon) Front of House Manager of the Year - Ali Lake (Narborough salon) Salon of the Year - King Street Salon Manager of the Year - Tia Coltman (Narborough salon) Dedicated to the Expression of Excellence - Rajinder Sethi (King Street salon) Kerastase Ritual Ambassador of the year - Rajinder Sethi (King Street salon) The evening also saw Kelly Neale announced as a new member of the Barrie Stephen Artistic Team.
