On a photo shoot for French magazine Dirrty Glam, Tracey Gallagher from Andrew Barton Salons, Covent Garden made over young Harry Potter star Bonnie Wright, who plays Ginny Weasley in the saga.

The shoot for the glossy fashion magazine saw the teenage star transformed into a siren, with striking results. Shots from the shoot accompanied an article about the leading lady, where she talked university, fashion and the future.

Tracey was on hand with Andrew Barton Salon Professional Tools to convert Bonnie's usually long, straight locks into volumous curls, for a glamorous finish.

Tracey really enjoyed her day of casting her magic spell on the Harry Potter starlet:

"Bonnie was really great to work with," she said. "I wanted to give her a look that was smouldering, but retained the innocence of her youth."

"It was really good to get the opportunity to work on a completely different side of hairdressing," adds Tracey.

"Session work is so different to life behind the chair, and you are thinking about your work in a completely different way. It's a fantastic challenge."

Tracey prepped Bonnie's hair with Redken Anti Snap Leave-In Conditioner, then Redken Velvet Gelatine was applied, to smooth the hair before blowdrying.

When the hair was dry, a mixture of Redken Vinyl Glam Shine Spray and Factor 18 Hairspray were spritzed throughout.
