Hi! Really hoping for some help here! Me and my partner are planning to open our own salon by the end of the year. I've been a hairdresser for 3 yers and he has been for about 15. However, his job is taking up more time than anticipated so it has fallen to me to sort out the planning... but I really don't know where to start....
I've made up the majority of the Business Plan but when it comes to Financial Projections and profit and loss I'm really lost. I don't have clue how much we are realistically going to make and it's just dawning on me that I have no idea as to the costs involved such as bills etc.
Also I have the MSDSs for all of the styling and technical products we'll be stocking but I don't know what to include in the COSHH report.
And job descriptions. I've laid out the bare bones of it but I feel like it's missing something.
