Cut
> >
1. Hair was sectioned at the back of the head with a line running horizontally from ear to ear. 2. Hair in the lower half was separated into vertical sections, then slice-cut from short to long, following the shape of the head in front of the ears. 3. The upper half was merged with the layer below, using a radial layering technique.

4. Horizontal panels were separated out at the sides and secured behind the ears. 5. A horizontal layer was worked through the side, following the curve of the head up to the crown. This section was laid over the previously cut section. 6. Hair was blow-dried straight and the shape connected using a slicing technique.

Colour

1 Hair was sectioned at the crown, from just behind the parting to the fringe area, leaving out the contour near the hairline. 2. Tint & Tone 8/7 8V light blonde violet and 8/1 8A light ash blonde was applied in a ratio of 2:1 using Tint Lotion 9% (30 vol) at the front of the head. 3. The base colour Tint & Tone 8/7 8V light blonde violet and 8/1 8A light ash blonde with 5/7 5V light brown violet was applied with a mix ratio of 2:1, plus 2cm of 5/7 5V with tint lotion 5% (20 vol) at the nape.

Another thin band was taken along the V-shaped section and the colour application repeated. 6. Tint & Tone 6/41 6CA dark ash blonde copper with 6% (20 vol) was applied to the section between the foils, to two-thirds of the lengths. Tint & Tone 10/3 10G extra light golden blonde four parts and 8/34 8GC light blonde golden copper one part with 9% (30 vol) was applied to one-third of the lengths.
