UK Hairdressing Leads the World At Trend Vision

hob salons clinched the title of Color Category winner at Wella Professionals Trend Vision 08 International final in Lisbon, Portugal.
D'nae Udall took the prestigious accolade with her eclectic look of ruby reds, burgundies and blonde. Japan took the inaugural Young Talent category title.
The City hosted more than 5,000 hairdressers from 52 different countries who had all wowed judges in their own countries with their interpretation of this year's trends -- Mineral Splendour, Factory Lyrics, Couture Allure and Wonderland.
With the competition complete for another year - and the British flag flying high - it was time to present the trends for 2009.
A stunning show, which featured drummers, fire acrobatics and an expressive painter, introduced new trends Virtual Life, Intersexion, De-Lush and Utopia.
