Maxwells Professional Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire!!!! Cannot beleive they are up for customer care award. they totally mucked up my complete booking for my hair for my wedding 3 weeks ago charging me nearly £100 more than quoted and not prepared to move on anything. Yes their stylists are good but why would i spend £40 on a 7 year olds hair to be done by a stylist when my original booking was with a Junior for £8. No apologies or anything for losing and changing appointments at least three times! Even tried to charge me again for something that had been paid for by a friend - disgraceful!
