This category is open to any salon with an innovative website or anyone who has put into practice an idea or launched a product which is new to the hairdressing industry.

Concepts and Products Entry Criteria

Opening Statement What is the concept or product you are entering for the award and why do you feel it is innovative?

Objectives
Why do you feel the concept or product is useful to the industry?
What are your aims for the concept or product?

Success Criteria
How have you measured the success of the concept or product?

  • Show evidence of that success

Promotion
How have you promoted the concept or product?

  • Include any internal or external promotional material used

  • If submitting a product, please supply a sample

Website Entry Criteria

Opening Statement
Explain why you feel your website is innovative and stands out from others

Objectives
Why do you feel a website was necessary for your business?

  • Please give your website address

  • State the budget spent on the website

What were your aims and objectives in launching the site?

Evaluation
How have you measured the success of your site?

  • Provide evidence

Marketing
How have you marketed your website since its inception?

  • Include copies of any marketing material used to encourage use of the website
