This category is open to salons with an annual turnover in excess of £350K. (This relates to a single salon and not a group)

Opening Statement
Why do you feel your salon is worthy of this award?

Turnover
Show in graph form the annual turnover of the salon for the last two financial years and show in graph form the level of gross profit during the same years

Customer Care
Using bullet points, list the policies you have in place to ensure good customer relations

Complaints Procedure
Using bullet points, list the guidelines you have in place when dealing with customer complaints

Promotion and Marketing Activity
Using bullet points, list the promotional and marketing activity which has taken place during the past year

  • Include examples

Aims and Objectives
Using bullet points, list the key aims and objectives of your marketing and promotional plans
