British Beauty & Spa Awards: Salon Director of the Year

Passion, drive and determination are just some of the qualities required of the British Beauty & Spa Awards Salon Director of the Year.

This person needs to be promoting the beauty and/or spa industry continually in a positive light through every channel available to them - within the salon environment, the local area and in the beauty industry at large.

Motivating, challenging, enthusiastic and committed will be the key words to describe the winner of this award.
Specific skills should include excellence in:

  • Motivation of individuals and team
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen
  • Marketing
  • Innovation
  • Management style

Please supply a written entry of no more than 2000 words describing how you excel in each of the above areas.
