British Beauty & Spa Awards: Destination/Hotel Spa of the Year

Entrants may be destination spa or hotel spa based, and must have full spa facilities including hot pools, steam and other heat experiences in addition to relaxation areas, treatment rooms and spa cuisine. Overnight accommodation is essential for entry in this category.

The entry should include:

  • 300 word introduction which outlines the spa’s philosophy

  • 300 words on your customer journey/expectation (from reception to departure)

  • A list of the spa’s facilities

  • Highlight two hero treatments and describe them

  • Include example menu(s) of spa cuisine and spa packages

  • Include a selection of photographs of the spa (including accommodation)

Include any printed material that markets the spa to existing and new clients – please ensure you include a treatment list/brochure.

Please note that entrants to the Destination/Hotel Spa category cannot also enter Salon of the Year.
