Hi guys I’m Ruth and I’ve worked on HJ for almost 11 years.
My life is a whirl of fashion, frocks and fractions, as I juggle hair lengths at work and skirt lengths at home with my eight year old daughter. My hair may be fiery but I’m passionate in all the right areas – chocolate, champagne, fashion and family. You’ll never catch me not wearing jewellery – the bigger and blingier the better. I have a different ring for every day of the month and once owned more than 300 pairs of earrings. My biggest achievement in hairdressing is sending my daughter to school with ponytail plaits and cutting a graduated bob in three hours. I’m fanatical about Reality TV, celebrities, jewellery and music. The devil may wear Prada but this one wears Primark! I’ve watched a vlog, I’ve never owned clogs, I’d love a dog but this is the first time I’ve blogged! Ruth x

The most strange was a police escorted customer whose main aim was to change his look so as not to be recognised once he left the courts! Very suspicious character as well. We where then thanked by the police for accommodating this man. Scarey or what!!
