We caught up with Errol to find out more about his signature style and how he reinvents his trademarks for each new collection - including his colourful 2012 entry.

What is your signature look?

"Creating a signature look ensures people can see and understand your work at a glance. My signature look epitomises directional seasonal inspirations, is bang on-trend and is suitable for all hair types. As hairdressers, we need to be able to offer something for everyone and that's exactly what I do. Most importantly, it has to look expensive and polished."

How is your signature look reinvented for each new collection of images?

"Studying hair and fashion on catwalks, at fashion shows and from photographs is the perfect way to find your signature look and mould it to keep it individual but modern. I am hugely inspired by Alexander McQueen, who was the young God of all Gods in fashion."
