HJ's British Hairdressing Awards 2009 Finalists

The finalists of HJ's 2009 British Hairdressing Awards have been chosen after the judges - an elite band of British Hairdressing Awards Hall of Fame members and hairdressing experts - spent hours pouring over hundreds of hairstyle collections.
