Lady Gaga Goes Ga Ga on the Celebrity Hair-O-Meter
Lady Gaga Goes Ga Ga on the Celebrity Hair-O-Meter
January 26, 2009 9:52 AM
It's a blast from the past as we saw celebrities who we haven't seen for some time now, brave the critique eye of the press and of course us here at HJ.
Some showed that absence really does make the heart grow fonder by returing with uber perfect locks while others should clearly have spent their time out of the limelight finding a good hairdresser.
Missed you...
Denise Richards Long wavy, blonde locks scream teen hair but actress Denise Richards looks faultless with this very same look. The bright, sun-kissed colour definitely gets us in the mood for summer too.
Tammin Sursok Former Home and Away actress gets her act in to America and with a style crowned by her chestnut luscious waves; we think Tammin Sursok will fit perfectly in the Hollywood hills.
Michelle Obama This first lady and her husband dominated the headlines this week so, of course we had to mention Michelle Obama's hair, short and simple with volume and a side fringe, an all round nothing new look but let's see something different and more daring!
Lady Gaga We at HJ are split when it comes to Lady Gaga's hair, though we think it's a clever idea and shows her cheeky side we're not sure if the Disney approaches to hair is the next big thing for 2009 - sorry Gaga it seems we're just not ready for it.
Sharon Stone For someone who looks immaculate for her age, it all went horribly wrong for Sharon Stone's hair. We say stay away from hair-raising, static forces in the future Ms Stone.
Anastacia Brassy singer Anastacia is normally all about bold beautiful hair, but this look which sticks to the mane is hardly grease lightning, let's just say Anastacia will definitely not have to worry about any fly-always.
...Take another break

Love the spread you have here. Very insightful selection of celebrity women. I wonder if Denise or Tammin use extensions... I recently ordered some for the first from Perfect Locks. Hey, it's nice to treat yourself every once in a while... you know! I can at least feel famous even if I'm not LOL.

omg i like lady gagas hair when it has this bow on it i wonder if they made that out of her real hair.... i like hair but i really dont like her style
Recently watched Gaga & Beyonce's Telephone video. Music is sort of good, saucy catchy tune but whoa - the imagery and theme - jail, mass homicide in a diner and get-away. Even a shot of the dog in the diner, poisoned and killed -- wa, WA, WHAT? Shock at all price! Way to go. Bit far? No surprise, people like India Arie are all upset. Robert Meloni, lawyer for Gaga's ex who's suing her for tens of millions, unwittingly may have said it the most effectively in his response to MTV about Gaga's counterclaim "...gives 'falling on your sword' an entirely new meaning..."
