Does Leona's Style Have the X Factor?

We asked a couple of stylists who told as that as good as Leona looks, there's still some room for improvement...
"Leona is a true British superstar in the making. Her new look sees her sporting a full head of highlights in a very dark honey blonde shade, with similarly toned enhancements added from the back of the crown, for extra length and body. However, as her colour has been applied only to the top layer of her tresses it exposes the natural hue underneath and around the hairline, so doesn’t look as polished as it could. I’d like to see Leona with more dark auburn streaks sprinkled throughout to complement her glowing skin tone, and soften this hard look."
Barbara McIntosh, Envy By Design, Islington, London
"This look is big and beautiful and suits Leona’s personality perfectly. She is lucky to have an oval face shape, which means that she can carry most styles well. Leona has beautiful, naturally curly hair, which is cut into long layers to achieve maximum volume and curl. It looks like it has been softened by layers being point-cut to achieve a gentle fall. The hair has been dressed by separating the curl with tongs to achieve a glossy and more defined look. This is red carpet glamour, but with more curl separation and a less dressed look it would be perfect for more everyday wear."

While we're glad she's ditched the brassy look she wore on X Factor, we're a little worried that the lovely lady is looking older than her years.
It's all very well her being touted as the new Mariah, but does that really mean she needs to look as old as her?
Do tell us if you think we're being harsh, but we'd love to hear your ideas about how she can best achieve a look more fitting for a young, feisty modern day icon...
