Created to recognise the very best in creative hairdressing imagery, the AIPP (Association Internationale Presse Professionnelle Coiffure) award pits hairdressers from across the globe against each other to crown one overall winner. Adding to the international flavour of the competition is the judging panel, which is comprised of editors from Europe's leading professional hairdressing magazines. Christophe comments:
This Trophy is an important acknowledgement of the hairdresser's art because it comes from an absolutely impartial jury, not linked to any company or brand name. Moreover, knowing that I was a finalist alongside Angelo Seminara, an artist that I hold in such high esteem, was a marvelous surprise that made me especially proud. This is a moment that fills me with joy and further enhances everything I've done in my career as a hairdresser."
