The Fudge hair colour team recently spent a day at the ghd Academy in London menotring the Fellowship for British Hairdressing's Colour Project students. Global head of technical training, Tracy Hayes, and creative director, John Vial, both gave up a day to talk to the students and pass on some of their colouring expertise. Tracy showcased some of her recent creative work on two models using Fudge hair colour, while John highlighted the importance of cut and colour working in unison. Together, the duo also talked about the significance of a thorough consultation and how stylists and colourists needed to work together for an effective end result. Students had the chance to showcase their personal tastes to Tracy and John through the presentation of moodboards, before working on models in the afternoon and presenting them back to the group. Michelle Griffin, Colour Project leader commented: "Tracy was a great teacher and very inspiring to watch, the whole team were challenged creatively."
