Two talented La Biosthetique stylists have been chosen as first and second place winners in the company's SFB Young Total Beauty Awards.

The nationwide competition recognises young talent amongst UK La Biosthetique salons, awarding two talented under 25s with a year of free education.

Hosted this year at Bromsgrove's Hilton Hotel, guests enjoyed a show by the Creactiv UK Under 25s Artistic Team before the five finalists had to recreate their look on stage in just 30 minutes.

After judging from a panel of industry experts including hairdresser Michelle Griffin and industry PR Jacki Wadeson, the winners were announced with Danielle Cheston from Hunky Dory Salon, Sheffield given first prize and Stacey Ingleby from Progiles in Bromsgrove taking second place.

Michelle said: "We were unanimous in our choice of winner. Danielle's model was an outstanding creation, a look which demanded many different hairdressing skills which she displayed very capably. And the total look of her model was flawless; Danielle has a very good eye for style."
