Celebrities choose short styles for spring/summer 2012

"This is such a classic cut and it really suits Rose. I love the colour - it's rich and expensive looking, but it's been softened somewhat by the fine lighter streaks. To really carry off this look the hair needs to be in great condition and look healthy and shiny - which it clearly is in this case. Classic, luxurious and ultra feminine - this ticks all the boxes for me."

That said, it's bold, bright and fresh - and above all unique. I would love to enhance the impact of the colour with big glam waves and take it to a deeper, midnight, shimmery blue."

"This look is perfect on Dianna as it accentuates her beautiful bone structure and diamond face shape. Dishevelled and undone - it's super sexy, making it a fantastic red-carpet choice. While the dark roots give a grungy effect that's bang on-trend, the sun-kissed highlights keep a gorgeous beach goddess feel which complements the cut perfectly. Although her current style is versatile and would look amazing worn several ways, I'd suggest highlighting her hair all over, brightening her sun-kissed blonde and cutting in a heavy, blunt full fringe to sharpen up her style."

"Chloë is famous for playing outside the fashion rules. She's a trendsetter, not a follower so although sometimes her look is bang-on, other times it can be something of a head scratcher! This is quite a safe look for Chloë - not one of my favourites. She has darkened her colour and gone for a blunt-cut bob. I would like to see a few more shades to give the style a bit more lift and if she wants to keep the bob, a heavier, blunter fringe would add more edge."
