You may not have heard of them just yet, but these four rising stars look set to achieve big things in 2012 and as well as winning awards, topping the charts and breaking box office records they all look set to rock the red carpet with the winning style.

"This look is a safe option for Andrea, but it ages her. The actress is only 30 years old and I would have liked to see her with a stronger shape, without the wispy curls at the front. A bolder, slightly darker colour would also suit her skin tone and make the look more appealing. This style needs to be more vamp and less romantic."
Christopher Appleton, George's Hairdressing, Leicester

Lana Del Rey
"Lana has gone for an understated yet glamorous look. I like the style, but her colour could be livened up to bring some warmth. The brunette colour suits her complexion but I would add lots of reflective tones to enhance the movement - warmer caramels against ash hues would add some sparkle. I think her cut needs to be layered more to give her variation too. Adding some layers around the front would work well and enhance her oval face shape."

Rooney Mara
"This look works well for style chameleon Rooney, complementing both her delicate features and vintage-inspired dress without making it look like she is trying too hard. Her softly-styled waves, combined with the slight structure from the side sections, create a youthful and modern element to the overall look. The intricate headband finishes off the style perfectly."
Jonathan Andrew, Cox McMillan, London

Elizabeth Olsen
"By far the prettiest of all the Olsen sisters, Elizabeth proves the point with her effortless natural look. I just love the way her hair colour complements her peaches and cream complexion and the grown-up, midi-length is finished perfectly with soft, unpolished waves. She looks gorgeous and I'm certain she'll soon be making as much of a style impact as her famous twin sisters."
