Easydry towel turban competition terms and conditions

1. This competition is organised by Reed Business Information Ltd on behalf of Hairdressers Journal International (Quadrant House, The Quadrant, Sutton, Surrey, SM2 5AS. Company registered in the UK, Registered No: 151537) and Easydry
2. The competition is open to UK salon staff and salon owners only; excluding employees of Reed Business Information or the competition sponsor.
3. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by the rules of the competition.
4. All entrants must create a towel turban that clearly uses and Easydry as the basis of the turban.
5. The first prize is a two night stay in a Dublin hotel including flights. Spending money and transport to the airport will not be included.
6. Only one entry per person will be entered into the draw.
7. The competition closes at midnight on October 30th 2009. All entries received after this time will be disqualified.
8. The winner will be notified by phone or email, using the details given by the entrant in their competition entry, within 7 days of the closing date.
9. The prize is not transferable nor negotiable.
10. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize (or prizes) of equal or greater value.
11. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into whatsoever by Hairdressers Journal International, Hji.co.uk or the competition sponsor.
12. The winner of the competition may be asked to participate in promotional activities such as photo shoots.
