Our client is a cutting edge skin clinic offering the most advanced IPL hair removal and skin rejuvination treatments and advanced skin care products available on the market.
They are looking for an experienced Manager to manage the clinic and team of 5 practitioners within this busy clinic.
The key areas of the role will be to:
Oversee the smooth, day-to-day running of the Clinic.
Undertake and execute treatment procedures, leading by example and
ensuring up-to-date knowledge of the services at all times. Also introduce
new treatments as required.
• Assist with the sales and marketing activity for the Clinic to ensure that
growth is achieved with regards to awareness from client needs. This will
involve working with staff from other organisations.
• Be responsible for achieving financial and operational targets. Work closely
with the management in planning expenditure and maximising of sales, preparing reports as required.
• Manage and take ownership of all record keeping, ensuring rules are adhered
to in terms of confidential client data.
• Manage and take responsibility for the health and safety of self, clients and
staff, from general risk assessment to safety procedures relating to the safe
set-up of treatment rooms and the correct use of the VPL™ machines.
Health and Safety must comply with both statutory requirements and
Company established procedures and practices.
• Work towards and achieve sales targets as agreed with the Management team
Above all enthusiasm, team motivation, great communication and lots of energy will be required for this position!
Minimum qualification of NVQ3 to include electrolysis and electrical certificates.
Plus a minimum of 2 years salon or clinic management experience.
